This series is an intimate study of Venice, developed as a personal project with a focus on capturing framing opportunities and unconventional viewpoints. It is about visual storytelling through a unique perspective, moving beyond the obvious.
By actively seeking out "frame-within-a-frame" compositions and exploring non-traditional angles, I aimed to guide the viewer’s eye through the city's intricate layers, turning familiar landmarks into new discoveries.
Challenge
Navigating the dense, visual complexity of Venice while trying to isolate singular, meaningful details and avoiding common tourist clichés.
Solution
I utilized architectural elements as natural frames to create depth and focus. By shifting perspectives—from low angles to tight, enclosed compositions—I translated the city's energy into a quieter, more personal narrative.
